Embark is a Dallas-based boutique recruiting and consulting company specializing in the finance industry. To come out into the world strong, they tapped Squat New York’s animation abilities to create a video that would attract the type of professionals interested in career advancement, placement, and coaching. We had just one minute of film to get viewers hooked and engaged – to make the story simple and relatable.
Icons, illustrations and colors were all adapted to Embark’s existing visual language in order to put up a cohesive front. The concept behind the video was simple – to visually represent the journey the company helps people embark upon to bring their career to success. The rough, energetic sketches invite audiences to treat the whole process like an exciting adventure.
Stunning, smooth transitions take viewers seamlessly through the story. One thing organically morphs into another – such as a scroll into a telescope, a crowd of faces into a keyboard.
The video sparked peak numbers of website visitors as soon as it launched. Web traffic has continued to steadily increase as the video is shared across various social media platforms.
